The Chairman of RFG Life Insurance Company Ltd. Mr. Anthony Flynn, A.C.I.I., ACIArb, has over 30 years of insurance management experience in the European, UK, Belize and Central American Markets.

The Deputy Chairman, Mr. Christopher Roe, is also C.E.O. of the Roe Group of Companies-one of the largest commercial and industrial groups in Belize.

The Managing Director, Mr. Peter Allanson, AAII, has comprehensive experience in International Insurance Management having worked in Japan, Antigua, Uruguay, the Cayman Islands, and Middle East before coming to Belize.

All personnel receive extensive in-house training and many have benefited from courses outside of Belize. Our technical, claims, and underwriting personnel attend courses given by Hannover Ruck at their Training Centre in Mexico City.
