General Manager - Rhonda Lecky B.Sc. HIA, has worked in the insurance Industry in Jamaica where she served in senior capacities for approximately thirty years. She has comprehensive experience in Health & Life Insurance management specializing in group and employee benefit products. She served also in the capacity of ‘Health Insurance Specialist’ for the International Development Bank in the development of the National Health Product of Jamaica (The NHF) before relocating to Belize and joining RF&G Life Insurance Company.

Underwriting:

Senior Underwriter - Jennifer Cal leads our compact underwriting team. She is skilled in analyzing insurance risk, she is astute in the employment of her Public Relations and Marketing skills in maintaining good customer relations, and is always keen and ready to serve.

Claims Services are a key factor of our business.

Iris Baeza heads up the claims team. She along with Lenna Williams and Maurita Romero ensures that claims are handled expeditiously never losing sight of our clear commitment to providing our clients with a pleasant experience.

The claims team is supported by the international firm of CorVel to provide a 24/7 claims administration and processing service for our customers with serious medical emergencies in Belize and Worldwide.

Alasdair M. Roe, Director (Director BMS Vision Re).
Alasdair Roe is a Vice President with BMS Group, based in Connecticut USA. He has over 15 years of experience within the reinsurance industry, eight of which were as a broker in London. He graduated from the Florida State University and carries the Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute designation. Alasdair was born in Belize.

Ms. Elizabeth Cox, Director (Previously Marketing Manager at GTM –Guyana, past President with the Insurance Institute of Guyana, and President of the Association of Insurance Institutes of the Caribbean).

Mr. Lawrence Maclaren, Director - Formally of Royal bank of Canada (Belize) 1961-1963; Cooperative Insurance Services 1963 – 1965 (Canada); Great West Life Assurance Company Canada & USA) 1965 – 1971; Manager Williamson Industries Ltd 1971 – present; past member of the Export Zone Committee; Director on the Board of Caribbean Tobacco Company (CTC) Belize; Chairman of Roe Human Resource Committee.

Mr. Noel Foster, Director - A Veteran in Life and Health Insurance industry – has served in senior positions in Jamaica - He held positions of Vice President of Operations and Senior Vice President and president and CEO – Island Life Insurance Company, Executive Vice President operations and administration- First Life Insurance Company; Senior Vice President- Blue Cross Jamaica Ltd; He serves on the Board of Scotia Jamaica Life Insurance Company; He has been inducted to membership of the International Who is who of professionals and is a Life member of the Association of International Business leaders.
